How long have you been coaching, and how did you get started?
I’ve been doing personal transformation work for over a decade — long before I ever called it “coaching.” What started as my own personal development journey slowly became a way of life for me.
For years, I chased the version of success I thought I was supposed to want — hitting goals, checking boxes, and still feeling like something was missing. Everything changed when I began exploring the connection between my thoughts, emotions, and energy. I realized how much power we have to shape our inner world — and how naturally our outer world begins to align when we do.
That shift led me to this work. Today, I help others create that same transformation: moving from feeling stuck or disconnected to living with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of alignment.

What kinds of clients do you work with?
I work with individuals — often mid-career professionals or purpose-driven adults — who know they’re meant for more but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or stress.
Many of my clients are high-functioning, thoughtful people who look like they have it all together on the outside, but deep down feel disconnected from their path — like they’ve lost touch with their sense of purpose or excitement for life. They often notice self-sabotaging patterns that keep them cycling between clarity and confusion, drive and burnout.
They come to coaching when they’re ready to break that cycle — to reconnect to themselves, quiet the noise, and start living with a greater sense of clarity, confidence, and inner alignment

How are you different from other life coaches?
My coaching blends mindset work, emotional awareness, and practical integration.
I’m not just here to help you “set goals” — I help you understand the patterns beneath them. Together, we look at your thoughts, emotions, and habits so you can shift from autopilot to conscious creation.
My approach is heart-centered, grounded, and deeply personalized. I hold space for self-discovery but also offer clear tools and structure to create real movement. You’ll always feel supported, seen, and challenged in all the right ways.

What type of personality do you work best with, and what’s expected of me?
I work best with people who are open, curious, and willing to take responsibility for their growth. You don’t have to have everything figured out — you just need to be ready to explore, reflect, and take small consistent action between sessions.
What I ask of you is honesty, commitment, and presence. This work asks you to show up for yourself — not perfectly, but consistently.

Who does this program NOT work for?
This program isn’t a quick fix. It won’t work for someone who isn’t ready to look inward or who expects transformation without participation.
It also isn’t a replacement for therapy — while we’ll talk about emotions and patterns, coaching focuses on awareness, choice, and forward momentum rather than healing past trauma.
If someone’s not ready to take ownership of their mindset and actions, this likely isn’t the right time.

My signature framework, The Mindful Reset: 90 Days to Inner Alignment, is a step-by-step journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
By the end of the 3 months, you’ll have a grounded understanding of your thought patterns, emotional responses, and daily habits — and you’ll know exactly how to direct them toward the life you want.
